we have a fairly new (6 months old) Eaton 5P 650VA running latest 03.18 firmware. To it we have connected a router, switch and a Synology NAS - total load is about 30%
UPS is also connected to same NAS with USB cable so NAS can be shutdown gracefully upon longer power outage.
In last month, we have experienced two events where UPS and all devices connected to it shutdown unexpectedly (not gracefully or anything, just power cut). There were no outages in our area and other devices NOT connected to UPS were on and running just fine. Upon starting up the UPS via pressing the button we can clearly see that the battery level is 100%, so it did not drain.
I checked the fault log on UPS and it is empty(!), I also upgraded FW few days ago from 03.16 but it seems it has not solved anything.. help?
