Eaton 9PX 8000i Firmware Upgrade

Hi there.
Is there any support resource for the CORRECT upgrade path for a Network-MS technical level 17 JA card?
We're having issues with SNMP setup and it appears the later firmware resolves these issues.

The release notes are confusing showing a JK as the max compatible version, but i have also seen these can be upgraded to LE version. a JK version is not available online, and the JL version suggests it can be upgraded from KA onward (to LE?)
"     - Card Technical Level from 17 (Card Revision JA): The last compatible release is JK. "
"   - Bootloader upgrade to support future firmare releases (KA->) "

Our specs below:
Card Firmware revision :JA
Card Commercial Reference : NetworkMS
Card Technical Level :17
Card Revision : JA
