I have a CyberpowerOLS3000ERT2U. The UPS seems to be floating its charge between 90-100%. This UPS is now coming up to 4 years old. We replaced the batteries thinking this was the cause and it has made no change. The problem started back in April, and has continued till now. It notifies me a few times a day to say that the battery is now fully charged. The below graph shows the last week.
Any ideas on what would be causing this, and is it fixable?
