Hi all, I have an SMT750RM2U UPS and a few weeks ago, it started beeping like crazy, everything connected to it went down and at the very least, I need to replace the batteries.
I am pulling on the label sticking out on the picture (as it instructs), but these batteries seem to be stuck! I looked closer and it seems they have swollen just enough to become a problem replacing. In the pic you can see cracks from them bursting slightly.
I am a noob with this. Besides replacing the entire UPS, any ideas?
