UPS powerware PW5119 3000i does not start (schematics needed)

Problems with this UPS, tried with load and without. New battery pack 4pcs 18Ah12V in series. Tested with and without load.

LED´s turn on for sec and beeps, then turns off.

Service manual or schematics are good to have if anyone could share.
