HP R5500 XR UPS voltage

I have an R5500 XR UPS, NA 240V. When on utility power, I read 115V on L1-G, 115 on L2-G and 230 on L1-L2. When on battery, I get 80V on L1-G, 140 on L2-G and 230V on L1-L2.

I thought it was a problem with the UPS, so I just received another chassis. It is reading the same.. Is this normal?
