Hi,
I have a strange problem with 2 Eaton Powerware 9140's and Intelligent Power Protector.
The UPS's are connected to the server via USB.
Every few minutes IPP reports that "The system is powered by the UPS battery" and the shutdown sequence is initiated. 6 seconds later IPP reports "The system is powered by the utility" and the shutdown sequence stops.
Also on the IPP "Power source" screen the Synoptic pane shows that the master output is off (grey) but the output pane shows output current as 1.86 Amps on one system and 3 Amps on the other. The Synoptic pane also shows "charger OK" (green), Battery OK (green), Bypass off (grey).
Can anyone help with this please.
