Searching for desktop grade UPS with network monitoring

I have multiple remote sites with some small network hardware (switch and wifi) but no PC. I would like to be able monitor UPS on the site so we know if there is a problem with battery or some other issue. Does anyone know of a solution? I realize I could buy the server level equipment, but I was hoping to keep the price under $100.

These two items look like it would work, but they don't appear compatible according to the docs.

Power load is less than 100 Watts. 5 Minutes runtime is more than enough. SNMP would be great.
