We have several clients that use APC Smart ups (2200) specifically and we continuously receive emails for UPS system communication lost, but never received a communication established email.
Here is the logs in the powerchute web console
12/3/15 03:48:43 Communication Established ---Never received an email stating communication reestablished
12/3/15 03:48:40 Communication Lost ---Receive an email stating this
I have checked all the alert settings and confirmed that an email is supposed to be sent to us for each of those events.
Has anyone else experienced this?
This causes us alot of uneeded maintenance because the software reconnects seconds later, but we have to go in and make sure of this.
