I've been doing some research and I want to get more opinions on the task at hand.
I have a UPS system and well its running at 50% load and can only last about 8 mins on battery backup. I know I can buy refurbished batteries but.. won't I just be back in this situation again? So I'm on the task of 1. buying replacement batteries or 2. figure out how many watts my rack is using and go from there on replacement UPS and batteries.
So my question is.. is there an easy way to find how much power my servers are pulling?
Also I have Redundant powersupplies that are 800W each so determining load do i double that or since its really only using 1 do i just maybe do 1.5 to be safe?
