Eaton IPM Software

Hi,

We recently purchased Eaton IPM V2 software and setup an VM appliance. We then setup some automation to shut various VM services down via it. The Issue we have is once VMware shuts the Eaton appliance down none of the rest of the commands get issued and things don't turn off.

Tried a number of ways to get it to work but all roads lead back to, if the Eaton appliance is off it just stops the automation (guessing because the appliance is now off and cannot issue commands)

Is there another way to make this work? Agent perhaps or even a Windows Server install rather than an VM appliance.

Maybe I am missing something really obvious but any help is apprciated.

Thanks,
