CyberPower UPS and Server Power

Hello,

We have a CyberPower UPS with an RM card, and a server connected to the UPS. We have PowerPanel Business Remote software on the server for management. We know that there is a setting in the BIOS of Dell Servers that if power has been lost, it will power the server back on again, once power has been restored. What happens in the situation where line power is lost, the UPS tells the server to perform a friendly shutdown because the remaining battery time is low, but then line power is restored, after the server has shutdown, but before the UPS turns off. It seems that in this situation, as far as the server is concerned, power was never lost, but it did shutdown. How can we tell the server to automatically start up again, once line power is restored?
