A while back my Smart-UPS RT 8000 XL indicated the batteries need replacing. So I ordered new ones, APC branded: four APCRBC140 cartridges total to replace all the old ones. They were out of stock at all the vendors I tried, so I just placed my order and waited. Finally got them but in the meantime the original ones totally failed. To the point of the UPS not providing power to any devices plugged into it. So I unplugged everything from it, and removed the old batteries. I just received the new ones and installed them. Then I hit the "On" button and it started to blink some lights on the front as in the picture. I can hear the relays clicking but it doesn't look like it's charging the battery. When I log into the NMC2 it shows these errors:
