Hello Guys,
please i need help with my eaton 5sc1000, it has the following problems
1. it beeps with bat and exclamation in triangle on lcd screen when powered on
2. when main power is out its switches to battery mode, but shutdown unexpectedly even when battery volts is 29.4V
3. cannot connect to Eaton SetUPs via cable on windows
4. Windows device manager cannot detect device when plugged in with usb
what i have done so far
1. i have replace with brand new battery
2.change computer and usb cable
