Hello!
We have two HP R5000 (rebranded Eaton?) that constantly losses either network connection or the connection to the UPS itself.
We’ve already upgraded the Firmware to the version (1.12.002 / 01.02.0026) and restarted the Network Module.
I am pretty sure that there are no substantial network problems.
Any ideas what we can do expect of replacement ? Is there a newer Version from Eaton itself that we can flash ?
