Ubuntu 16.04 server, Eaton 9PX 1500i RT 2U connected with USB, just installed Eaton IPP.
I can log in to the IPP Web page. Quick scan finds the UPS device, and even gets the serial number right. However the Power Source page reports that "The full data acquisition has failed". What could be the problem?
(The server, and a couple of other machines powered by the UPS are also running nut at this time, but that shouldn't affect anything I suppose?)
