Two Eaton 5P1500R UPS, both with the Network Management Card.
I want to toggle the outlets of the two 5P1500s, such that if one set on UPS #1 is on, the other set on UPS #2 is off, and vice versa. I want to do this even when line power is available.

However, the answer from Mike(Eaton) was to set the reboot function to 3-seconds.
I don't want power restored until the other UPS has cut power to that set of outlets.
As a first step, I'd be happy to even learn how to cut the power to the UPS outlets of either UPS.
I'd be OK switching to Eaton Intelligent Power Protector software, but it seems the IPM software is more comprehensive.
