Which UPS?

Firstly, thanks for reading.

I am looking at purchasing a UPS. Have traditionally used APC UPS but am looking at other options as well. I have listed my two options below. I am looking at powering 2/3 servers, 2 switches and 1 firewall. Also want it to have be able to shutdown both physical and virtual servers. I have set this up on APC. Cyberpower documentations say they can do this too. I need atleast 6 minutes of power to shutdown everything which both say can deliver. I am mostly hoping for comments from people who have used both systems and can give me a pro and con situation. Thanks.
