Hi,
Out APC UPS devices are not populating the serial number on a scan they are instead putting in the IP. The log seem to suggest the OID is correct and is reading the correct value BUT the serial number still reports as an IP address. Has anyone got any ideas what is causing this? SNMP is working as I use PRTG and all working correctly, just not on the Spiceworks scan.
