UPS remote shutdown

Hi all,

  I have a new UPS with remote shutdown feature. I would like to ask the settings (duration) on each event.

1) Battery Fault
2) Low Battery
3) UPS on Battery
4) UPS Power Fault

Could anyone suggest how many seconds to shutdown a server?

And, if it is a hyper-v environment. Do I need to set shutdown to Guest OS? Or let the Host send a Save State to all its guest os?
