So I installed 4 Eaton 9XP2000 and 4 Eaton ATS over the weekend for a client. We had some power issues with only one 20 amp breaker, needless to say the breaker tripped a lot. Monday an electrician came in and ran 4 dedicated 20 amp breakers for each UPS. But now all the ATSs are saying the source phase shift is unsynchronized. I cannot seem to find much searching about what would be causing this. The only thing I found that was close was talking about 3 phase and depending on the breaker placement in the breaker panel.
The S1/S2 phase shifts are between 119 and 121 degrees on the 4 ATSs
