About a year ago I purchased a third party maintenance contract. Now at renewal my "original understanding" was that they'd actually do maintenance. Apparently this must be my day for being wrong (LOL) since the response was "oh no it's only when its broken".
Recommendations?
Also I'd gone to third party since Eaton's had expired and I couldn't get anyone's attention from them to renew the darned thing. (they also never sent me a "hey it's expiring send us money") so the contract lapsed.
Obviously it lapsing (eaton) was on me but it does amaze me that more than a few of the vendors I deal with don't send expiration notices. It would seem to be the simplest thind in the world for a vendor to ask for money and poof we send it to them. Good grief my insurance company has no problem at all sending a bill.
