Hi
I am using Osaka battery for emergency backup, I just use it to connect it with 1 workstation and a room of lights and fan. Normally it runs for 6 hours continuously when electricity goes off. Just 4 days ago I filled the battery with water as that is what the technician told me, after using it for sometime make sure to refill the water so the battery doesn't get dry. This time when I filled the water, I saw some white colored liquid coming out of it, I was not sure what it was but then I realized it was the acid.
I have disconnected battery as I am not sure what to do with it. Is it dangerous if I reconnect it ? Some people are saying that if you connect the battery then it will blow up or exert more acid and it will melt everything. Is there something I need to worry about ?
I talked about it with a nearby technician and he said...
