Power fluctuations affecting premise equipment

Good morning,I am the system administrator for a very small company 13 or so employees. We have a very basic setup. A single Dell server rack with the following items:


-Dell Poweredge R730
Server with dual power supplies

-Barracuda Backup

-Barracuda Message
Archiver 350

-Hikvison DVR security
Camera system powering three cameras over ethernet

-2 Netgear GS748T Smart
Network switches

- Linksys WRT3200
ACM wireless router

- Arris 6183 cable
modem -1 standard desktop monitor -1 KVM switch -2 APC

APC Smart-UPS XL 1400VA RM

and 2 extra battery pack units
