Best way to secure UPS power cords

Hi Everyone,

Just wondering if you have any tricks to secure the power cords supplying a smaller UPS. We're deploying a pair of 2kVA Eaton UPSs, and unfortunately for some stupid reason, all North American UPSs of this size and voltage come with hard-wired power cords, rather than C19/C20 modular cables like the lucky folks in the EU get. The worst part is that they're the NEMA 5P-20 flat-blade connectors, rather than locking.

The challenge here is the rack holding our servers and UPSs is in the IT office, rather than being in its own dedicated server room (and in an 80 year old building, we're lucky to have that).

My thoughts on options for this are as follows:

1) Have our Electrician install two outlets with L5-20P sockets (each on their own circuit), then cut off the 5-20P plugs from the UPSs and replace with locking plugs. This...
