UPS - Boot Order Timing

Anyone know of a product that would allow a UPS to work "intelligently" with a PDU?

For example, say the power goes out and when it comes back on, you want the devices on your PDU to come up in a specific order.  In my case, I need to boot the SAN and wait 20 mins until its fully operational, then I would need to boot the SAN Switches ( or concurrently  w/SAN) , then I would boot my ESXi Hosts ( 3 in a cluster ) who scan for datastorage upon boot.  So the whole point is, I need to make sure the SAN is completely booted before the ESXi hosts try to boot.

Seems like any of the major UPS vendors would have UPS/PDU combos that could simply bring up power to ports on the PDU in a shcheduled order?

Anyone know of a product like this?
