How to fix IP of Eaton IPM in multiple NIC environment

vCenter has multiple NIC which include teaming  NIC and local NIC.

I want to assign the teaming ip address for IPM node list.

Now I'am doing auto discovery after disabling local IP.

I can find teaming IP from IPM(vcenter) ip address infomation of node list. 

But the IP address changes automatically to local IP when I restart the IPM service after enabling the local IP.

Can I assign teaming IP to this IPM IP in order not to change after service restart or vCenter restart?
