I search a-lot about this Topic but no luck. Start with Eaton support first but it was hopeless.
Before I had HPRT3000 and now I have EATON 5130 (Network-MS card) and 5P 1550 (connected through cable on IPP)
Issue is:
How do I set up email for office365?Eaton IPP cannot send action alert via email via office365 smtp to smtp.office365.com due to port mismatch. Office 365 smtp needs tls and port 587 !!! Does it work with Network-Card or not?
I have made sure that firewall is allowing outbound connections on those ports from the IP of device, I have tried all of the common ports 25, 465, 587. Nothing is working. I would like to see what Eaton Guys come up here with!!!

This has been a reported tech issue with Eaton since 2013 ( look at support forums) I would expect that as a forward looking company you would...
