Another EATON Hug

I would like to thank Mike and the EATON crew for helping us out with out current UPS issues with another vendor. I won't go into all of the details right now, but let's just say they have earned my respect as a vendor and they have gone WAY beyond what I would expect from a technology vendor. The SWAG was pretty cool as well.
