we called APC company in UAE on the number+971 4 3989999, and asked them about the recycling of old battery packs for Smart-UPS 10000 Kva , we have 16 battery each one weight aprrox 18 Kg (40 lbs).
I informed them about its availability in the USA, and they have 3 options for it:

they laughed and told me it's UAE not the USA.
how can i fix this?
it seems that APC company in UAE are HYPOCRITES aboutmaking a better world with recycling acid batteries, or at least trade it in.
Can someone tell me about what i can do about it?
