Recently we've been experiencing a strange issue with our UPS where when we run the Runtime-Calibration it cancels itself. It usually does this within 10 minutes but sometimes longer. This ups is on its own separate circuit in the building with no other devices on it. We've tried it on other circuits in the building with other UPSs on them and it still does the same thing. The ups is only a few years old with no battery replacement warnings. The load on the ups is always under 35% normally as well as the runtime is only done when the battery is 100% charged. Also the power sensitivity was changed from "high" to "low" thinking that may have caused this problem but still no changes.

1 Extended battery pack
One server only on the UPS
I'm unsure what to do next? what could it be? I"m going to pull the power from the UPS tomorrow and see how long it really lasts...
