Eaton Intelligent Power Manager Incorrect Status of ESXI Host

This is my first time setting up IPM. It hasn't been difficult but it's not displaying the status of one of my ESXI host servers.

I have an Eaton 5PX UPS and two physical servers running ESXI, and I'm using vCenter to manage my VM's.

10.0.0.2 - ESXI host 1

10.0.0.3 - ESXI host 2

10.0.0.4 - vCenter Appliance (VM on 10.0.0.2)

10.0.4.54 - Eaton 5PX UPS

10.0.4.56 - IPM Appliance (VM on 10.0.0.3)

Have I configured something wrong? Or do I need to reboot the host server to get it working? It's strange that it works for one, but not the other.
