Hello, I have very little knowledge about UPS in general. I just know they have a load capacity, a battery capacity and that they should be tested periodically. Some time ago we purchased a big UPS to consolidate UPS. We had 6 3k UPs split between two racks. So we decided to keep 3 of the best UPS and asked a vendor for a suggestion to replace them. Since we didn't know about the topic we ended up buying a Eaton 9px-11kva UPS. I think this was overkill, but we are stuck with it now. The issue I have is that this UPS came with only 8 standard nema 5 connectors. I obviously ran out of space before reaching the capacity of the UPS. Now I need to expand and the other connectors available are L14-30. When we asked for a quote through expand though this connector, the quote came back at $900.
