I have an Eaton Powerware 9355 with the ConnectUPS Web/SNMP Card V4.26 management card installed and connected to the LAN but Spiceworks does not populate all the UPS details properly.
It only shows Output Load and populates some of the general info fields. It does not display battery capacity, run time, serial number etc. The SNMP Management OID used by SW is 1.3.6.1.4.1.534.1 (XUPS-MIB) and when I do a SNMP walk these missing information fields are displayed with the correct values.
I have tried deleting and rescanning, importing MIB's into Spiceworks\MIB folder, changing Management OID in database all with no joy.
I also use another NMS for the network and use some of the values from OID 1.3.6.1.2.1.33.1 (UPS-MIB) to monitor the status.
Ho Can I get SW to properly populate the database?
