We have an APC Smart-UPS 3000 that powered off suddenly. After manually switching it back on, it wouldn't let output power resume yet because the batteries were discharged.
Our monitoring system showed the batteries losing charge over the previous 2 days, yet input power was never lost. I checked the voltage on the batteries and they are a little inconsistent. The lowest being 10.8V, highest being 11.75V (there are 8 batteries in the sled).
