I'm not sure why, but I've had some really bad luck with batteries this weekend. The power company had a planned outage last night (9pm - 5am). This only affects my home, but it's still rather annoying.
First, I had a Ryobi 18v Li battery turn up bad. Hopefully, HD will replace this as it's not that old. Fortunately, I have a few of these and had more than enough to keep my flashlights shining.
Second, my android phone said it's battery was fully charged, but when I rebooted it to ensure that no apps were draining it, it won't stay up and running. The only way it works is if it's plugged in. Hopefully one of the two batteriesplus stores I drive by today will have a replacement.
Finally, in preparation for the outage, I shut down all the virtual servers and the host, followed by the nas4free server, and finally the SU 3000 rm xl UPS. Once...
