I'm hoping there's someone on here that's able to give me a little bit of help with our Dell UPS Rack 5600W. Yes, I've searched google and user manuals, but I'm still a bit lost on where to go or what to do next.
The local node manager tells us there's a UPS Fault. The user manual says that this type of error indicates that the batteries need to be replaced, but we just replaced the batteries 1.5 years ago (January 2013). The unit itself is a little over 3 years old (purchased October 2010). The manual says batteries should be good for approximately 3 years, and I would certainly hope that they'd last longer than the 1.5 years that they've been installed. All battery tests pass without error. We have upgraded to the most recent firmware.
