How to handle 70v brownout.

So I was working at a remote site today (very remote, weak/no 3G service)

(I'm in 120V America)

The rains, winds, and storms that blasted through the area today and knocked out one leg of the 3 phase power feed. With the way the power was being distributed, the line voltage sagged to a cozy 70 volts for all of the computer circuits in the various buildings... go figure, must be Murphy's law.

There was so much beeping... everywhere!

Only half of the lighting worked... the server/power room lights were out and the conference room across from it had full power.

Other than full shutdown of the entire computing/network infrastructure as this was a multi-hour outage, what do you do in such a case?

Are there any UPS recommendations that have 70v line conditioning without switching to battery/battery assisted boosting?

Some batteries died before...
