Need an UPS for new big screen tv

So I bought a new tv and need an UPS for the TV and some collocated network equipment. I was looking at http://www.amazon.com/dp/B0038ZTZ3W/ref=gbrc_tit_r-1_1762_89a59ad4?smid=ATVPDKIKX0DER&pf_rd_m=AT...but kind of leery of the stepped approximation to a sinewavething, I've heard it'shard on connected electronics and some devices won't work with that wave form.

I'd like to spend less than $200.
