Does anyone have any contact information for the people at Liebert who can actually help with problem resolution on their MCR products? We are having trouble with ours and I cannot find someone at Liebert \ Emerson who is willing to help us even though the unit is under warranty.
I have tried the phone numbers on the website as well as channel support. I've gone back to my reseller to contact their rep at Dell and they haven't had any luck either. I've also tried the channel support line and emailing them multiple times. This is getting to be a fairly serious concern for us and I'd like to know if I should be looking at alternatives here or maybe hoping that somehow an actual staff member who can make decisions will contact me.
