I have just bought 2 Eaton 5PX3000 UPS along with relevant licenses for the IPM software and just want to put it out there how bad Eaton support really is. I am beyond upset with the service received so far. I installed the 2 UPS over a week ago and received the entitlement keys for IPM however due to issues with the Eaton portal am unable to download the software as the "Software downloads" option in the profile has completely disappeared. I have called Eaton numbers many times to be pushed to a feedback line (you can imagine the response) and on another occasion given a number that when you call it is completely muffled. I have been given an email address for which absolutely no response has been received and when finally contacted by an Eaton rep yesterday by email have since had no response or sense or urgency whatsoever.
