Eaton Network-M2 not responding at all

Hi all!

Recently I got a Eaton Network-M2 card which I want to use with my Eaton 5P 1150iR, per the compability Chart this would be possible.
Unfortunately I am unable to get this to work:

- Eaton 5P 1150iR is not giving a IPv4/IPv6/MAC data, on the display it only says ------- in these menu items.
- Network-M2 is not receiving a IP address nor requesting a IP address
- Network-M2 is not responding to any MicroUSB connection on multiple PC's (windows nor linux, USB3 nor USB2).
- Network-M2 is not giving any Serial or RDNIS connections via MicroUSB (as noted on the line above, no computer see's any device attached)
- Network-M2 has a green Power Led and Red Warning Led (faintly, not a bright LED light) on for a few minutes before no LED's are shining.
- Network-M2 Switch 3 (sanitation) was turned in the ON position, and nothing changed to the...
