I have an APC SMT1500 with a Network Management Card 2 (Smart-UPS) that I've setup on my network and can view everything I need to for maintenance, troubleshooting, etc. My question is: am I able to export errors/events/warnings to something like Event Viewer or a desktop notification? I can set up calendar reminders and more, sure, but having the battery life notification automated and sent out to an alert system of some sort would be really helpful. Especially if someone new starts the role it would already be set and ready for them.
I would use online services, but my use case is in an environment where online services are inaccessible. I've tried researching this but the information available is more confusing than I thought it would be, or I'm phrasing my questions incorrectly while searching...
