I submitted a support ticket via Eaton's post sale customer support page last week, but have not received a reply or any kind of acknowledgement outside of the "arepresentative will contact you within 1 to 2 business days" landing page.
My problem is with the 2nd generation 5PX unit - Eaton5PX1000RTNG2.
I bought this unit late December 2023, activated on the 27th. Since then, the unit has been charging via ABM Floating. During the floating phase, I started noticing a very obnoxious pulsating coil whine coming from the front of the unit - specifically from behind the front fan:

I was hoping the noise was a result of the battery being charged. Unfortunately, today the unit entered ABM Resting and the coil whine is not only louder, but it is no longer pulsating and just buzzes...
