Eaton ups shows "output load unprotected"

Hello Experts,

Our eaton 5PX 1000RT Network G2 shows 1 active critical alarm with code 81E that says "Output Load unprotected". Any ideas on troubleshooting this issue? Here is the alarm seen on the UPS display:

I have attached some alarms seen from the admin interface.
