Any recommendations for a UPS vendor that doesn't suck?
To clarify, we primarily work with SMBs so are selling, installing, and supporting single-phase systems up to 2000VA.
We started out selling APC, but when we got into the more technical stuff like upgrading UPS firmware or setting up automated shutdown for multiple computers, their tech support was garbage - different techs telling us different things, one tech actually trying to load the wrong firmware on our UPS...
We then switched to Eaton, but after deploying one of their mid-size units and find out after it was deployed that the USB interface was NFG and having to pull the unit for replacement it gave us a bad taste.
