Eaton IPM ESXi VM - do I need an activation key?

Hi everyone,

It looks like Eaton allows you to use their IPM software without a license as long as your nodes are 10 or under according to this here:

So I downloaded the Eaton IPM VM appliance (2.6.0.1) and set it up on one of my ESXi hosts to shutdown a single Windows VM, and the host itself but it appears it's prompting for an activation key. If I'm hoping to use the free version do I just let this expire?

Update: I'm now doing some reading and it appears that maybe this is no longer free for 10 nodes or less?
