Critical Alarms after battery replacement in APC Smart-UPS RT 20000 XL

Hi,

We recently replaced all 8 batteries in our 20000XL with genuine APC parts. After replacement, the unit displays a red fault light. The home page of NMC2 console shows that we have 3 critical alarms present:

• At least one faulty battery exists
• A battery fault exists
• The battery power is too low to support the load. If the power fails, the UPS will be shut down immediately.

Does anyone have any thoughts or suggestions?
