APC unable to change settings after upgrade

Hi, 

I've been upgrading our 100+ APC network cards (mainly 9630s) to v7.0.4. Most have gone smoothly but I'm finding I cannot change any settings via SSH after the upgrade. On one, I was disabling http and enabling https, but must have accidentally disabled both. I can log in via SSH but changing the web (-s -h) setting does nothing. 

I'll try and log in on the console when I'm on site, but I suspect I'll have to do a full reset?
