Has anyone ever had a battery pack meltdown in their Symmetra? I had 2 in 2 days. The first one filled the server room with noxious fumes that took all day to dissipate and the battery pack was so hot it took 4 hours before it could be handled without being burned.
Check out these pictures of the melted batteries. The one with the hole in the bottom was actually fused with its neighbor because the plastic shell melted.
You would think that there would be some sort of protection against this. Definitely came close to causing a fire here.
